 FAQ

  • Who are your Ink competitors?
  • Our competitors are all third party ink companies as well as the OEM's. By the mere fact you can purchase any third party ink, we have competitors. However, our products are not made to imitate them; so, if you want what Symphonic Ink can produce, we have No Competition.
  • What do you offer that your competitors do not?
  • Our greatest value to the costumer is our knowledge. Not only do we make superior inks, but we can help you produce the best quality results with them.
  • Ask our competitors questions and then ask us.
  • How does the price of Symphonic Ink compare to your competitors?
  • If you look at the price per ounce, some of our competitors are cheaper; but if you look at price per ounce being utilized, not taking into account quality, Symphonic Inks are either less or the same. If you take into account the quality of Symphonic Inks, its flowability and lack of problems as well, then we offer a bargain.
  • Do your Bulk Ink Cartridges offer as good or better results than your competitors and how can you prove it?
  • Our Bulk Ink designs for wide format printers take into account the flow pressure needed to deliver for high speed printing as well as high resolution slow printing. They have been tested thoroughly buy our testing operation before being released. The true test is the consumers using them. We have never had a bulk ink system returned!!! You can call up any of our clients to get their opinion. Some of our clients have multiple units. One of our clients has 12 sets of bulk ink systems for their operation. Our clients that use this system on Mimaki's run high speed printing which really tests a system.
  • Why should I buy a Titan Computer instead of a Dell?
  • Dell is a huge company and has a good support team. Dell basically makes inexpensive home computers. They have not entered into Niche markets such as serious Gamers, Recording Engineering, Film Editing, 3D Rendering, Animation, Ripping Stations, or High End Graphic Computing.
  • Macs, which are known as a Graphic Computer come with only one hard drive and have far less versatility than a Titan.
  • If you are working with small files and printing on Desktop Printers the above Computers are fine. But, if you are working with large files and especially 16 bit files, they would lack performance.
  • The Titans are Super Graphic Computers designed with the best parts. These computers come with as many as 8 hard drives, superior video cards, and fast CPUs, are unique. A Titan IV can open up a 300 MB file in 3 seconds and perform Gaussian Blur in 3.5 to 4 seconds. A dual 64 processor Titan V comes with everything you need except the operator. These computers are designed to last and perform with speed.
  • Macs are built with one basic hard drive and have far less versatility than a Titan.
  • The Titan V offers up to 16 Gigs of Ram.
  • There is a 90 day warrantee on parts and a 3 year warrantee on the CPU.
  • There are very few makers of high quality Graphic Computers and they are all small companies.
